Guilford Meals on Wheels
The Guilford Meals on Wheels program provides a hot, nutritious meal to ANY Guilford resident having significant difficulty preparing themselves a well-balanced meal.
Meals are delivered Monday through Friday at 11 AM. Weekend meals are delivered on Friday as well. These meals arrive via 65 dedicated volunteers. All meals are low sodium and low fat. Sugar-free desserts can be provided upon request.
The cost per meal is based on a sliding scale: $4.00 per meal or less. The program has no age or financial restrictions. No state or federal funds are used — it is a community-supported program based on our motto, “Neighbor Helping Neighbor”.
